A verified lead is a homeowner opportunity that has passed the platform’s verification rules before it becomes saleable inventory. The goal is to confirm real project intent before delivery.
At launch, one primary buyer is protected for each ZIP/service group. Once a verified lead is assigned, it is not sold to a competing buyer under the V1 model.
Qualified companies can start with 10 verified leads and $0 charged at signup. A payment method is required, and billing occurs at the earliest of the 10th delivered lead, 7 days after the first delivered lead, or cancellation.
The approved baseline is $105 per verified lead with ACH or $109 with debit/credit card. Qualified Call Upgrades are $35 after the pilot when the call meets the program criteria.
Protected territory means the ZIP/service group is reserved for your company while the account stays current, maintains minimum capacity and remains within pause/hold rules.
Yes. Short pauses are allowed for vacations and operational needs. The baseline permits up to 7 consecutive free pause days and 14 free pause days in a rolling 90-day window before extended territory-hold rules apply.
Objective issues such as a wrong or disconnected number, fake contact information, an eligible duplicate, a lead outside the purchased territory, or a clearly non-service request may qualify under the policy. No answer or failure to hire does not by itself make a lead invalid.
After the pilot, a $35 upgrade can apply when the originally delivered homeowner makes an inbound tracked call that is answered, lasts at least 60 seconds, occurs within 7 days and is not a repeat/test/spam call.
Protected territory is designed for established service companies that can respond quickly and handle meaningful volume. The minimum is a capacity commitment; it is not a guarantee that exactly 40 leads will be delivered every week.
Every assigned lead appears in the authenticated customer portal. Email, SMS, CallRail/CRM and webhook delivery can be added as additional channels as integrations are activated.
It takes about a minute to check your territory and see whether your company qualifies.
